What we collect, why,
and what we don’t.

The short version

JoyFindr does not sell, share, or surface your personal information beyond what is necessary to provide our podcast and our software. We do not run advertising on this site, and we never will. Trust is part of how we are designed.

What this site collects

Site analytics. We use Plausible Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how people find us. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across other sites. The data is aggregated and used to improve the site.

The contact form. When you fill out the contact form, your name, email, and message are sent to us via Netlify Forms. We use this information solely to respond to you. We do not share it with third parties. We do not add you to a marketing list without your explicit request.

Email. If you email us at hello@joyfindr.com, your message is stored in our normal email system and used only to respond to you.

What this site does not collect

We do not use third-party advertising trackers. We do not use Google Analytics. We do not use Facebook Pixel. We do not place cookies for tracking purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Your data, your choice

If you have ever contacted us and would like us to delete what we have on file, write to hello@joyfindr.com and we will. If you want to know what we have, write to the same address. We will respond within a reasonable period.

The JoyFindr app

The JoyFindr software platform is a separate product from this marketing site, and its privacy practices are governed by its own terms. When the app launches publicly, a complete app-specific privacy policy will be published. For now, this page covers only the marketing site at joyfindr.com.

Changes to this page

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page. The date at the bottom shows when this page was last revised.
